Downloading Documentation
A zipped archive containing this documentation can be found at the URL: . Note that you will need to unzip the contents before opening the file '00contents.html' in a browser. If you open it directly from the zip file it won't be able to locate the graphics and associated javascript files that it needs to display properly.

This document is formatted to print using the standard 'Print' menu option in your browser.

The style sheets controlling this document are designed to present certain content slightly differently when printed, for example hard page throws are added to the print for each of the main sections and the repeated texts linking back to the Table of Contents are suppressed because they serve no purpose in the printed document and would just make it look untidy.

Margins are added to the left and right in the cascading style sheet controlling printing with 35mm on the left and 20mm on the right. This assumes that the default in most browsers is for a very small margin to the left and right, but this can be printer/browser dependant. If your settings are different from this you can either use the 'File', 'Page Setup' option in your browser to reduce the margins, or (if you have a local copy) you can edit the file 'ocdocprint.css' that came with this document, changing the line 'body {margin-left:35mm;margin-right:20mm}' to whatever suits your needs.
